Products and services
- Hosted research sites — multi-tenant member communities with a gated content feed.
- Membership subscriptions — paid monthly plans (for example Standard, Enhanced, and Lunar tiers) that unlock research content.
- Billing management — members can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through a customer billing portal.
Who we sell to
Individual members who subscribe to a community for research access, and operators who run those communities on the Moon Finance platform.
How payments work
Memberships are sold online. Customers complete checkout with a card; recurring subscription charges are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are handled through Stripe Customer Portal and our support contact below.
